Shipping policy

Most products from Meraki Mountain Trading Co. are made to order just for you. Because of this, orders require a little time for production before they begin their journey to your door.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.

Estimated delivery dates and available shipping options will be shown at checkout. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, your shipping address, and the fulfillment location.

Orders May Arrive Separately

Some products are made and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple types of products, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

When separate shipments are required, shipping charges are calculated accordingly at checkout. You may also receive separate tracking information for each package.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow a little time for the carrier to update the tracking information after the label is created.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Meraki Mountain Trading Co. is not responsible for additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Occasional carrier delays happen, especially during holidays, severe weather, and other high-volume periods.

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can help determine the next step.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
