Are your products made to order?
Most Meraki Mountain Trading Co. products are made to order just for you. This helps us offer more designs, colors, and styles without keeping a warehouse full of inventory.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier, shipping method, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
No worries! Some of our products are made and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If you order multiple types of products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Can I return or exchange something?
Because most products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, color, design, scent, or other buyer errors. Please double-check your selections before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at merakimountaintrading@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can enter production quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We'll try to correct it before fulfillment begins, but address changes can't be guaranteed once your order has entered production.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary between products, so please check the size information provided on the individual product page before ordering.
Where do you ship?
Available shipping destinations and shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
